This is a symbol of appreciation for cancer victims. One of my good friends died 5 years ago on May 18th. She was a beautiful, loving little girl. Most of my friends know who Im talking about, but for those of you who don’t her name is Savannah Lee Sachen. Her and one of my other close friends and I were great friends. We miss he so much. Let me tell you her story. It started web she was 5 she developed a very rare heart cancer. The doctors told her parents it could be irreversible, but she didn’t care she was gonna fight till the end. She was in the hospital for many months and was getting sicker. Her parents were very worried and didn’t know if she would be able to come home. She knew she had cancer she just didn’t act like it. She just acted like a regular kid. She was and will always be my role model. She eventually got to come home I knew her before she had cancer, but she became my friend wen she came home from the hospital. She was in this thing called indian princesses with me and my sister and friend. We knew she was sick, but we treated her like everyone else. One day me and my sister were going on a trip with our dad my friend and Savannah. We were gonna meet them at the place we were heading. We were in the car on the way up and we get a phone call. It’s mine and Savannah’s friend she said Savannah died that morning. I never got to say good bye so every year in the month of May I wear a yellow ribbon to show her I miss her. And me and my friend last year had our whole school wear yellow ribbon. People didn’t even know her story and they still did it. So if anyone who sees this could do me a favor and repost this and wear a yellow ribbon on May 18th that would be great! And thanks for reading this whole thing I know it took a while.
